“Move it or Lose it” exercise sessions for those who are over 60, or live with a disability, and who want to stay active and younger for longer.
Each exercise session helps to improve flexibility, aerobic health, balance and strength (FABS for short). The group sessions are delivered by a specialist instructor who encourages and motivates their clients to join in and have fun whatever their age or ability. We use music and easy to follow routines. Cost is £8 per session with the first session free!
