Exercise With Aga

Come join us as we Exercise With Aga! We do easy-to-follow exercises to music to improve your:

– Mobility and Flexibility
– Balance and Confidence
– Strength and Independence

Wednesday exercise sessions are available for those who are 60 and over or live with a disability and who want to stay active.

The group sessions are delivered by a specialist instructor, Aga, who encourages and motivates their clients to join in and have fun whatever their age or ability.

The exercises support activities of daily living, such as walking, getting dressed or reaching, as well as offering opportunities to socialise. We use music, chairs, equipment and easy to follow routines. 

Our sessions take place on Wednesdays at 1:50pm for refreshments, then exercising from 2:15pm for an hour.

£10 per session – cash or card.
